Business Preliminary Viability
PBR Management has a very clear strategy focus. It is a risk-based strategic-systems audit approach that focuses the Analysts assessment of risk through a broader strategic-systems lens — a lens that directs the auditor’s attention to the client’s systems dynamics: its business strategy and the economic niches it has chosen to occupy; the strengths of its connections to outside economic agents, including customers, suppliers, investors, and regulators; and the external and internal forces that threaten the viability of its chosen niches and the achievement of its objectives. The PBR Management Analyst collects and integrates information about the client’s business and industry using a client business modeling framework. The client business model assists the Analysts evaluation of the validity of the client’s accounting transactions, and of the financial statements taken as a whole.
